--Position: Loom Maintenance Technician
--Company: Textile Manufacturing Company --Location: Mooresboro, NC --Responsibilities: This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable and growing company! The Loom Maintenance Technician will support the operation and maintenance of weaving equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on assigned looms and weaving heads, replace worn parts, make necessary machine adjustments, and set up equipment for reed and harness changes. The technician will also perform routine cleaning and maintenance, monitor equipment performance, complete required system and maintenance records and communicate and address equipment issues or production concerns appropriately. -Requirements: -Must have 1+ year of experience performing maintenance on production machinery in a manufacturing environment with Textile manufacturing experience strongly preferred. -Must be mechanically inclined. -Pneumatic and hydraulics experience required. -Experience repairing/replacing sensors, motors, drives required. -PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
